Although most custom printers do not guarantee their products, at Broken Arrow your satisfaction is our business. We take pride in providing you -- our customer -- with exactly what you want. We guarantee to deliver high-quality products that look just like what you approved on our online Art Approval page by the date promised. If the products do not match what you approved, if the garment or printing is flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, you may return your order for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the order. All we ask is that you notify Broken Arrow Wear before returning your order so that we may accurately process the return.
Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink or thread colors screen-printed or embroidered on your garments. Broken Arrow is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.
Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you may purchase a sample of a specific item by ordering one online or you can reference our online sizing chart for more information. Broken Arrow is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.
Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 7 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please call 800.810.4692 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your return.
