Choose Your Decoration Method, Then Your Shirt Fabric
It may seem logical to select your shirt and then create your design, but it is important to think about what shirt will best work for your design. Afterall, you are paying for custom shirts and want your logo or branding to come out with the highest quality possible.
If your design is highly detailed and takes up a large area, you'll want either dtg or screen printing. Depending on your quantity dtg might be more economical, but you need a cotton t-shirt. Let our team help you with decoration method first so you will select the right product for your project.
Group Ordering Tip: Go Up, Not Down
Ordering for groups can be a tough task. A good place to start is with a standard average size distribution around 5% S, 20% M, 25% L, 25% XL, 8% 2XL, 4% 3XL. Size XL is typically the top selling size for an average adult group.
Next start adjusting your size breakdown keeping in mind your group. If you have more women, you may need to reduce sizing a bit. If you have mostly men, you may need to increase. Remember, people will be willing to size up and buy a shirt that is too big for them, but rarely will buy one that is too small. Error on ordering larger sizes, not small.
