Skip the Embroidery
While we do offer embroidery on foam truckers, embroidery can look like it's sunk into the foam. Even solid of heavy designs can get lost.
In our experience, direct-to-film transfers work really well on foam truckers and give you not only the highest quality look, but the cleanest print as well.
Screenprinting Can Be Dull & Yucky
We are only able to screen print a single color on foam truckers, which means we are not able to underbase any colors with a white poly-blocking ink.
Because foam fronts tend to be polyeser, when we heat the hat up for curing during screen printing, the hat inks will bleed and make your design look dirty.
Print Area Size is 5.5" Wide x 3.5" Tall
With our no minimum dtf transfer printing, we are able to accomadate a much larger design size than with embroidery or screen printing.
For an old school look, we recommend maximizing that design size and printing your foam trucker front as large as possible so your design really stands out.
Choose a 2-Tone & Match Your Design to the Hat
While not required, we love the look of a foam front that is a different color than the back. Typically a white front with a colorful design will turn out awesome.
We recommend trying your design or logo on different colors of hats, especially one that has a white front with a back that matches a color in your design.

We are able to screen print on a single color on a white foam cap. Not what you are wanting? We do offer digital custom transfers! This gives you a way better result than traditional screen printing, it allows for more detail and coloring than screen printing.
Yes, embroidery can be done but is not recommended due to the puffy nature of foam. The embroidery will have a "sunk" look. We recommend direct to film tranfers for the best result.
We have a special printer/cutter that we use to print your design onto a transfer. We then take that transfer after its been cut out and heat press it onto the hat. It is a permanent application.
Typically, screen printing is the cheapest method, but it is very limited. You can get instant quotes after designing and see based on your design and quantity which method (embroidery or printed transfer) is best for you.
