No Minimum DTG
Direct-to-garment is a cmyk process used to print directly on your shirt. It has lightweight ink that will have a more vintage vibe.
Garments must be 80%+ cotton. Ideal for high color, high detail logos or photos. Neon's or bright design colors not recommended.
No Minimum DTF
Direct-to-film is a processes where the design is printed on a film and then heat pressed to your t-shirt. It works on any fabric type.
The end result is a nice clean print. Solid designs can have a plastic feel so not recommended on thinner garments.
No Minimum Embroidery
We will turn your logo into a stitched design. Add a professional, elevated look to your garments. Even better? Free digitizing!
Embroidery is great for semi-detailed or simple design and is recommended for hats, bags, polo and even full-zip sweatshirts.

No Minimum T-Shirt Printing Methods Are Just Slower
The standard time to print a single DTG shirt is around 7 minutes. That means we can print about 9 shirts per hour, per machine. With screen printing, we can produce over 500 shirts per hour.
Because no minimum orders use slower, one-at-a-time printing methods, each shirt takes significantly more time to produce. That time adds up quickly compared to bulk screen printing, where hundreds of shirts can be printed in the same timeframe.

Yes! We offer an entire catalog full of no minimum printing options. This includes favorites such as sweatshirts and hoodies but other fun products such as aprons, totes and even kids products!
With DTG, garments must be at least 80% cotton, 100% cotton is preferred. Print both light and dark garments, full size designs up to 14 inches tall by 16 inches wide. With our new DTF (direct to film) printing option, we now offer no minimum printing on polyesters, triblends and virtually any fabric type.
