No Minimum DTG or DTF
Choose direct-to-garment or direct-to-film if you are ordering less than 6 pieces, your design is super high in detail (like a photograph) or your design has a ton of colors.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is typically going to be the preferred, most cost effective method for hoodies with a low 6 piece minimum. Pricing is based on quantity and number of design colors.
Embroidery

Custom Hoodies with No Minimum: Things You Need to Know
Here are just a few other things we want to make sure you know before ordering your hooded sweatshirt:
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Garments Must be 80% Cotton
Digital printing has a nice, soft feel and works for high detailed designs, including photographs.
Due to its printing process, dtg is only offered on eligible garments. If you select a garment that we cannot dtg on , you'll receive no minimum direct-to-film.
Embroidery is Good for Left Chest Designs
Embroidery uses stitching instead of inks. Our online embroidery pricing is based on sewing a 4" x 4" design.
If you want a full front or a back, you'll want to choose one of our other print methods. Ordering a larger embroidered design can increase the costs by a significant amount.

- For DTG, hoodies Must be At least 80% Cotton. Digital printing uses water based inks, which means they are generally thinner than standard inks. Synthetics and water based inks uses less vibrant inks than traditional screen printing. Neon inks, bright pinks and blues are really hard to achieve. Consider that when choose DTG vs screen printing.

Frequently Asked Questions about No Minimum Hoodie Printing
The more cotton in the garment, the better the final printed result will be. For that reason, we love printing on the Port&Company PC850 and the Independent Trading Company SS4500.
Yes, if done correctly. If you have any issues with your design washing off, that is a defect in printing so please reach out to our team amd we will replace your items.
While it is possible, we do not recommend or offer that service. The final result is poor and will result in fibers showing through the ink making it look yucky. We recommend direct-to-film instead for no minimum printing on a cotton/poly or triblends hoodie.
Due to the process of creating garment dyed products, the result of DTG on garment dyed items is that the ink and garment dyes run together creating a mucky, unclean look.
The pricing can vary depending on the garment choose, but the average price for a single customized hoodie will be around $45-$55 with a front print.
