Shiny Metallic Foil Print T-Shirts: How to Make Shiny T-Shirt Designs!

Shine all day long in a T-Shirt or hoodie adorned with metallic foil ink.

At Broken Arrow, you can make your custom apparel shine with metallic foil screen printing.  Foil screen printing adds glamour to dance team bags, soccer team shirts, fundraiser or company logo T-shirts, staff uniforms, backpacks, and other apparel.

How to Foil Print T-Shirts

For the longest-lasting foil screen-printed design, have a professional screen-printing company such as Broken Arrow create your custom foil print apparel. At Broken Arrow, foil screen printing is applied to apparel in two steps:

First, we print your design with a special adhesive ink.

Then, using our heat press, we adhere the gold foil (or other color foil) to the adhesive ink. The combination of heat and pressure seals the glued-down foil onto your garments and makes a design sure to please anyone who likes to shine.

You can also combine foil and standard inks for a one-of-a-kind memorable design. You can order your foil print T-shirts directly from our free online designer or you can call or text us your order. Our staff of artists can help turn your shiny vision into reality at no additional cost. Check out this short professional foil screen printing video on YouTube to see how Broken Arrow foil screen printing shines above the competition.

Gold Foil Screen Printing and Other Custom Foil Printing Colors

Our standard available foil screen printing colors are gold, rose-gold, silver, fuchsia, purple, and blue. Custom foil screen printing colors are available upon request.

Foil Screen Printing Options

Foil print T-shirts will last for a long while, but the shimmer and shine will slightly fade with each wash. We suggest you create you foil T-shirt print design with a distressed pattern to increase the lifespan of your foil printed shirts. (Distressed foil prints fade much less noticeably.)
