This company has a lot of brand options, and the customer service is rated pretty high. The art proofs have had some minor complaints as on more complex designs it can be difficult to see what the design will really look like when printed. Choose a different company if you are only ordering a few caps.

Custom ink is a big company—to my knowledge they are the largest online retail T-shirt printer in the United State. They divide their online catalog into sections, so it’s relatively easy to find what you are looking for. You can use Custom Ink’s “T-shirt design lab” to create your embroidered cap design yourself and they offer lots of clip art designs for you to choose from. Custom Ink also offers live chat, long business hours, and a polite staff. Their prices are higher than most other custom apparel printers and, considering you must do all the design work yourself; they may not be the best option for some buyers.
