Custom Rhinestone Design Limitations & Details
There are a few important considerations when considering DTG garment printing;
Designs will almost always need to be simplified.
Rhinestones require design adjustments, especially for small details and sharp corners. Our professinal rhinestone artists will do their best to retain the overall look and feel of your original design.
Designs are limited to 2 stone colors.
Because of how the rhinestone equipment is set up, designs are limited to two rhinestone colors. If you'd like more colors, we recommend adding a screen-printed layer to the design.
Rhinestones can only be placed on top of water-based inks.
Rhinestones won’t adhere to plastisol ink, so water-based inks are required when stones are applied over printed areas. These inks work best on garments that are 80% cotton or higher.

We recommend a minimum order of 12 rhinestone shirts to keep pricing affordable, but we can produce smaller quantities if needed. Smaller orders may have higher per-shirt costs due to setup and material expenses. Larger quantity discounts are available and automatically applied to your price quote.
