Screen printing has become a popular way to express a message.

Screen printing customers want sometimes complex designs on most any kind of textile. The process has become one of knowledge, precision and skill.

Broken Arrow Wear Custom T-Shirt Printing and Embroidery Company is about producing a tightly registered, high quality result in Ink and Thread mediums.

Precision screen printing requires climate controlled screen processing, retensionable screens, and experienced textile production artists working to anticipate the result of mixing fabric, dyes, inks and design.

Screen printers at Broken Arrow are career staff who take pride in creating the planned results. Quality screen printing is our policy.

You always see your design in color on the color of garments you plan to order, before it is screen printed or embroidered on the garment. Completed designs are posted to our Art Approval page for approval from anywhere in the world.

HOW WE WORK

  • You go to our web site and get a fast free quote if you choose to use our easy quote form or if you would like to find your own garments in our on-line catalog or call us on the phone 1-800-810-4692 (IOWA) and tell us what you want. You also can just describe your artwork and sent it by e-mail.
  • We agree on a price.
  • We begin your artwork, a three day process.
  • You approve your artwork on-line at Art Approval & Art Samples page or in our showroom located at 4133 Merle Hay Road in north Des Moines, Iowa by Merle Hay Mall.
  • We produce your art for screenprinting or embroidery and six days after you approve you artwork the completed screenprinted or embroidered garments are shipped, delivered, or picked up.
  • We do ask for a 60% deposit at the time of order.
  • Artwork for schools and churches is provided at no charge with an order.

Save your money on screen printing or embroidery

  • Our prices are based upon the number of ink colors in design (art) that is printed in each location. Each color used in a design cost more to screen print. A one-color-design is cheaper then a two-color-design.
  • The number of locations on a garment increased the cost. A two-location print cost more than a 1-location print.
  • The size of the design does not affect the price. A small left chest print cost the same to print as a large full size print.
  • The total number of shirts makes a big difference in the prices. The more shirts you can buy the cheaper they are.
  • White or Light color garments are easiest to print on and it's cheaper to buy.
  • Our Art prices are also charged based upon the number of colors in the design. The more colors used in the design the harder the art is to work with.
  • Best to buy for your money:
    Light color of garments.
    1 main location with 2 - 4 colors
    1 additional location print with 1 - 3 colors.
