Embroidery has become a desired medium when applying a logo or design to wearables.
Embroidery, embroidered monogram
or personalization can be easily placed on tee shirts, jackets, caps,
bags, sweatbands, and most any kind of fabric that can be placed
in a sewing hoop.
Embroidery is often used to personalize garments even when a graphic design is silk screened.
Broken Arrow’s
embroidery shop is located in the same building as the screen printing
shop. The shops are served by a common purchasing,
receiving, and shipping center located in Polk City, Iowa. Broken Arrow ships all over the world. For US shipping map click here.
Embroidery is calculated from the size of the design and the composition of the stitches. Together they create the key number: stitch count. The stitch count indicates the amount of time that takes to sew each design. The lower the stitch count, the lower the cost because it takes less time to sew.
Designs are prepared for the embroidery
application by passing through a process called “digitizing". Digitizing determines stitch types and directions to create the most pleasant result possible, using the stitch types and angles themselves to enhance the design.
Broken Arrow believes this is the most important step in the embroidery process and strives to achieve perfection for our customers, before the design is sewn on the garments.
All Broken Arrow Embroidery
Digitizing is done by our in-house experts. Broken Arrow artists
are trained digitizers and are on duty 6 days per week.
