Waterbased Screen Printing Services
Broken Arrow offers water base screen printing services in conjunction with discharge printing. Waterbase screen printing will allow you to get the softest possible hand, meaning the softest print of all screen printing options. Traditional screen printing is done with plastisol ink, which has a plastic base instead of water. Switching over to waterbased screen printing will also give you a vintage screen printing look that is all the rage. Waterbase screen printing has different restrictions than standing printing, so be sure to check out our garment limitations page.
All Over Printing
With all over custom waterbase printing, you can have a design that spans the entire length and width of the shirts! With all over printing, the design can use up to 4 ink colors in the design. There is a small space required between the ink colors, and the print is distressed near seams and hems, for a worn and vintage look. With custom waterbase printing, the shirts do need to be 100% cotton, to give the best possible print. Cotton shirts allow the ink to sink into the fibers of the shirt, as the shirt color is removed from where the design will be printed.
