Position: Inventory Specialist, Full-Time Immediate Opening, Great Benefits!
Position Summary:
The Fulfillment/Inventory Specialist supports the company by fulfilling orders and managing inventory in a timely and professional manner. The Fulfillment/Inventory Specialist must at all times uphold and promote Broken Arrow values: Professional Service, Quality Products, On Time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pulling items from proper locations and preparing for shipment.
- Load and unload material onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand or forklift.
- Check all incoming inventory against purchase order and packing slip.
- Verify completeness of goods received against invoices and other records.
- Perform inventory cycle-count as required.
- Pick, confirm, pack and ship daily orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and shipping supplies.
- Communicate product issues to management team.
- Perform physical inventory counts when needed.
- Maintain complete records of shipping activity.
- Perform physical inventory counts when needed.
- Daily organization of work area.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by order fulfillment manager.
Teamwork and Culture:
- Perform as a team member to ensure all tasks are completed as required and department runs smoothly.
- Ensure all finished products meet Broken Arrow standards and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of work (must excel in multi-tasking).
- Self motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Solid organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong computers skills with typing speed of at least 40wpm.
