Position Available
Position: Fashion Sales Consultant
Wanted: One high energy, goal oriented, happy human being.
Are you currently working in retail sales or retail sales management? Would you like to give up working nights and weekends? Are you excellent at customer service and helping people find the apparel they are looking for? If you enjoy working with a fun crew and love helping customers, you are the person for us! Broken Arrow is on the hunt to find a highly motivated person who believes in delivering outstanding customer service and sales to current and potential customers!
Hours would be Monday through Friday 9:30am-6pm (full time, great benefits)
Your duties will include:
- Converse and educate potential and current customers about our apparel and customization options via telephone, email, and chat
- Generate quotes and explain product pricing to customers
- Create valuable, lasting relationships between customers and Broken Arrow
- Follow up with customers via telephone or email in a timely manner
- Be able to identify if there are any customer issues and be able to provide appropriate solutions
- Consistently meet departmental sales goals, maintain accurate customer sales records, and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Be an integral part of a small, fun-loving team at our Merle Hay Road, Des Moines location.
For this position, you'll need:
- One or more years of experience in customer service
- Superior ability to close sales orders
- Be able to quickly learn and share your knowledge of our large array of products
- Strong customer service skills - including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance, such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Acess)
- Excellent organizational skills including an ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume and fast paced environment
- Manage and accurately update client information o Email marketing is a plus!
