Position: Immediate Opening for Full Time Office Assistant

Hours would be Monday through Friday 9:30am-6pm (full time, great benefits)

$13 to $15 per hour to start, with oppportunities for advancement

If you answered yes to the above questions, you may be the perfect person for us! Broken Arrow Custom T-Shirt Printing and Embroidery is seeking an office assistant to help our general manager and sales team get things done.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Helping the general manager and executive staff stay on top of daily tasks including making computer entries and researching new apparel options.
  • Helping the sales team process online orders and art approvals.
  • Helping the purchasing department with apparel orders and shipments.
  • Answering the phone and/or greeting customers when everyone else is busy.
  • Setting up/taking down fundraising stores and finalizing all orders.
  • Pitching in and helping with whatever else comes up.

How much education and experience do you need?

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent phone manners.
  • One year or more experience in a similar role is a plus but a not a deal breaker.
