Yes, it is possible when the sweatshirt has a zipper cover. We generally do not recommend it though because any design going over the zipper will have imperfections created from the un-evenness of the seams. We also suggest consider how it will look when the sweatshirt is not zipped up. If you don't like the design with a zipper in the middle, another great choice is to add a front left chest print design or a front hem or even a full sleeve design and then add the largest design to the back of the sweatshirt below the hood.
