"I tired Broken Arrow after becoming dissatisfied with another digital printing company. While the other company's turn around time is much better and the ink is softer on the shirt than Broken Arrow's, I am happy with Broken's Arrow's attention to placement and higher resolution printing. Broken's Arrow is about the same price-wise, with perhaps a larger selection of shirts for digital printing.
I had a terrible time with the website interface during the designing of my shirt. I'm sorry, it was several weeks ago now, so I don't remember all the details. The poor interaction with the website had me contacting Customer Service and through Tina Stocker, who was very helpful, I was able to complete my order.
I am a designer and occasionally have customers who want small orders of shirts, so I tried y'all in hopes of having an alternative company to recommend to my customers. I also like to test designs. I have a good grasp of how to interact with websites for this purpose and Broken Arrow's website is less than easy. It's close. It could be better.

Then after the product was picked up I was told there was an additional charge. The additional requested charge was written off but was a hassle to get to get it done.
