Possible Reasons for Return

Due to the nature of custom screenprinting and embroidery, Broken Arrow will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:

• the blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.),
• you find the decoration quality (screenprinting, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level, or
• the design on the products you received is markedly different than the final online representation you approved.

Notice About Ink Colors

Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink or thread colors screenprinted or embroidered on your garments. Broken Arrow is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.

Garment Sizing

Garment sizing can vary amongst manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you may purchase a sample of a specific item by ordering one online or you can reference our online sizing chart for more information. Broken Arrow is not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes.

How to Request a Return

Return claims must be filed with the customer service department within 7 business days of receiving your order. All defective material must be returned in order to receive credit or replacements. Please call 800.810.4692 or email us at info@brokenarrowwear.com to process your return.
