Broken Arrow Special Account Application

Register with Broken Arrow to receive special prices on your orders. Applications are reviewed within two business days. You may be requested to provide a copy of your business license or other information to further qualify your application. Upon approval, you will be contacted via email by a Customer Service Representative who will provide you with further information.

Special Pricing Requirements

How to Qualify: A customer must place 3 orders or $10,000+ (made up of multiple orders) within 60 days to qualify for special pricing. The customer must be operating as a business or a nonprofit organization. Broken Arrow understands that there are new and upcoming businesses that can take off, but prefer established businesses no less than 3 years old. However, if you meet all the other criteria and are a new business we will still look to authorize special pricing.

Requirements of a special account holder:

• You must place at minimum 12 orders per year and your first 3 within the first 60 days.
• The 12 required orders may not be less than 36 pieces per order. Orders for less than 36 pieces are welcome but will not apply to the yearly requirement.
• Your combined orders must be equal to or greater than $5,000/year.

If any of the requirements are not met or are abused, you will be removed from our special account pricing. Broken Arrow reserves the right to remove a customer at anytime from the special account list.
