Bulk Shirt Printing Wholesale Application

Register with Broken Arrow to receive special prices on your orders. Applications are reviewed within two business days. You may be requested to provide a copy of your business license or other information to further qualify your application. Upon approval, you will be contacted via email by a Customer Service Representative who will provide you with further information.

Special Pricing Requirements

How to Qualify: A customer must place 3 orders or $10,000+ (made up of multiple orders) within 60 days to qualify for special pricing. The customer must be operating as a business or a nonprofit organization. Broken Arrow understands that there are new and upcoming businesses that can take off, but prefer established businesses no less than 3 years old. However, if you meet all the other criteria and are a new business we will still look to authorize special pricing.

Requirements of a special account holder:

You must place at minimum 12 orders per year and your first 3 within the first 60 days.
The 12 required orders may not be less than 36 pieces per order. Orders for less than 36 pieces are welcome but will not apply to the yearly requirement.
Your combined orders must be equal to or greater than $5,000/year.

If any of the requirements are not met or are abused, you will be removed from our special account pricing. Broken Arrow reserves the right to remove a customer at any time from the special account list.
